2. The Individual competition
It is the same rules as last year.

• All players in a GP tournament gets points
• The top 15 players of each event get a fix amount of points, respectively:
... (1) 2000 ... (2) 1500 ... (3) 1200 ... (4) 1000 ...
... (5) 900 ... (6) 800 ... (7) 700 ... (8) 600 ...
... (9) 500 ... (10) 400 ... (11) 350 ... (12) 300 ...
... (13) 250 ... (14) 200 ... (15) 150 ...
• in case the tournament proves larger than 16 players, the "field" gets between 100 points (16th) & 1 point (last), pro-rata their position.
• to get your GP individual score, some % modifiers are applied based on the number of events you played:
=> with 1 event is counted at 50%
=> with 2 events the best counts 100% then 50%
=> with 3 events the 2 best count 100%, then 50%
=> with 4+ events the 3 best results count 100%, the 3 next count 50%, the 3 next count 25%, etc.

3. The team competition
The rules changed in a two points (the team effort and the number of player allowed in a team). We try to correct some little problems that appeared the last year.

• For a given tournament, the team score will be the sum of its members’ individual scores at that tournament.
• The "Team Points" is calculated by applying the same % modifiers than for the individual ranking that is to say :
=> 1 event is counted at 50%
=> 2 events the best counts 100% then 50%
=> 3 events the 2 best count 100%, then 50%
=> 4+ events the 3 best results count 100%, the 3 next count 50%, the 3 next count 25%, etc.
• The results of a team must come from a Team Effort and not from a single Effort. If the GP individual score of Team members are respectively in growing order S1, S2 & S3, the "Team effort" is equal to 1.75 * (S1 + S2) + 0.25 * S3
• The score of the Team is the smaller of the "Team effort" and the "Team Points"
• It would be a good thing if each team has a name. A team can be composed of two or three players. A 2-players team can become 3-players team without loose its points. However, points scored by the third player before they joined the team do not count towards the team score.
• A team can be formed during the season even if some of its members already scored individually before that. But only 1 of the Team members can bring points from events which took place before the registration of the Team.

4. Registration of your team
- We can write an email to give me the name of the players who are in the team.
- We can give it to the Tournament director of a step before the beginning of the tournament. He will send me all these informations.
- We will be able to register your team online.

5. Results
They can be found on the EDA website:

6. More informations
If you have any question, write me an email or send it to Staaab (the official list of the EDA).

We thank all the people who helped us and who gave their advice and their opinion about the European Grand Prix.

Good Luck
